Acer Liquid Metal S120 has been found featured in the FCC listing, and the device confirms running Android 2.2 Froyo. The new Acer Liquid Metal S120 heading for the AT&T carrier network.
From the details of the device being tested in FCC, it is evident that the smart handheld device from Acer, named S120, has got through FCC sporting GSM/EDGE 850/1900 and WCDMA Band II and V which hints it could be headed to AT & T network.
The FCC listing also confirms features like GPS, Bluetooth and 802.11b/g/n WiFi. Earlier rumors allege that the device is stuffed with an 800 MHz Qualcomm MSM 7230-1 processor. With a 3.6 inch display at 800x 480 resolution, it comes with a beautiful body and the back plate seems to be made up of brushed aluminum. The leaked photo shows a camera placed on the rear of the phone, with an LED flash to assist it.
The model is officially announced to hit UK streets in October. Spotting it in FCC listing, with details making it a perfect candidate for AT& T network, mean the US customers also can count on this new comer joining the party soon.
