![]() Those of you who’re trying to buy the Amazon Kindle will be unhappy to know that the e-book reader is listed as temporarily out of stock. But that doesn’t surprise anyone as we’ve been hearing it for some time now that Amazon had their issues with maintaining stock levels for their Kindle. On their website, Amazon says : “Order now and we’ll deliver when available. We’ll e-mail you with an estimated delivery date as soon as we have more information. Your account will only be charged when we ship the item.” Now that’s not really nice not to know when to expect it and not to know when you need to pay for it (considering that it costs $189 to bring a new home). So far Amazon hasn’t made any official statements regarding the Kindle stock — we’re supposed to sit tight and wait; the Kindle will be back as soon as possible. Or maybe you’d like to buy the Kindle DX, which is in stock as you read?
