Silicon Power Extreme E25 Solid State Drive

Silicon Power adds to its line of solid state drives the new Extreme E25 series. The new drive uses SATA II interface and is equipped with DDR2 DRAM cache memory for enhanced reading performance, offering up to 278MB/s read speeds.

The 2.5-inch  Extreme E25 SSD comes in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB capacities and features built-in ECC error correction and TRIM command support.
