The first BioShock game didn’t enjoy a lot of developer attention in terms of DLC content – just some new abilities and a bunch of extra challenge levels for the PS3 version. 2K Marin, the developers behind BioShock 2, have stated that BioShock 2 will receive a lot of DLC, delivered through an “aggressive” campaign.
“We are working on pretty aggressive plans for DLC and that’s actually something that is already under-way,” was the statement made by Kent Hudson, senior systems designer at the

So remember all of the Project Pink/Zune Phone rumors from way back? Well, they have started again thanks to a statement by Jefferies analyst Katherine Egbert:
“Our recent industry checks indicate Microsoft will be debuting its own phone sometime in the next two months…We expect the new phone to debut soon, at either the Feb 15-18 Mobile World Congress conference in Barcelona Spain, or possibly at CTIA in Las Vegas one month later.”
It’s Egbert’s belief that the Zune Phone will come from a Microsoft/OEM

According to a recent study conducted by the Internet & Mobile Association of India (IAMAI), there are only about 2 million users in the country actively (at least once a month) accessing Internet through their mobile phones and other mobile devices.
The association goes on suggesting that about 27% of all mobile phones — which translates into 127 million people — have an Internet-ready mobile device. Furthermore, out of this number, only 9.4% (12 million users)

Streaming video from your laptop to your TV has been a possibility for a while now, but most of the implementations rely on Wireless USB to achieve the effect. Netgear appear to be taking a different approach to the problem, using Wi-Fi instead. The PTV1000 Push 2 TV Adapter has just made its way to the FCC, which means we should expect it pretty soon.
The device seems to use a yet unreleased standard by Intel, named Wireless Display. So far it can only run on Intel’s Core i3, i5 and i7 processors and requires an integrated

This has been confirmed in the statement “This spring, the first content packs for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 from Activision will be available, again, exclusively first on Xbox 360,” made by Robbie Bach.
It was already well-known that the Xbox 360 will be getting a DLC in the spring, but this is the first time someone’s officially mentioned more than one release.
Not a lot is known about the DLC’s actual

Gametrailer revealed the winner of their annual Game Of The Year award – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was an almost unrivaled winner in all categories. The game won the GOTY award in not one, but several categories, including: Overall Game Of The Year, XBox 360, PS3, as well as the PC.
While many people will argue that the title’s award was well-deserved, we can’t help but disagree somewhat. On the XBox – sure, there wasn’t that much going on there during the year. But being awarded 1st place on the

[CES 2010] Tegra 2 is official and put simply, it looks awesome. NVIDIA estimates that it is four times faster than the original Tegra chip while staying in the same power and thermal envelope. And looking at the diagram, we can understand why: the chip combines 8 processors: two Arm Cortex A9, one ARM 7, an image processor, an HD video decode processor, an HD video encode processor, and audio processor and a graphics processor (GPU), phew! Thanks to all this power, NVIDIA says that it succeeds in playing local

AT&T CEO, Ralph de la Vega, has announced that AT&T will be offering 2 Palm webOS phones soon. Too bad he didn’t mention what phones they would be, though if there aren’t any new phones from Palm, it’s probably going to be a GSM version of the Palm Pre and Palm Pixi. Other possibilities include the Pixi Plus, which will supposedly have Wi-Fi, and also the Pre Plus, which will have 16GB internal storage instead of the Pre’s 8GB. Of course, the best case scenario would probably be

It looks like Motorola isn’t going to be the only one offering alternative Android stores. It seems that Sony Ericsson and General Mobile are also preparing to come up with Android stores of their own. Sony Ericsson has announced that they will be accepting submissions of apps and games for Android devices, which seems like good preparation for its upcoming Android-powered XPERIA X10 handset. General Mobile is already working on Storeoid, which is its own version of an Android app store. How will this affect the
