Japanese carrier KDDI au is going to launch this Winter Sharp‘s new AQUOS Pad SHT21, the world’s first tablet to feature Sharp’s IGZO LCD touchscreen display. Thanks to the low-power consumption of IGZO display, Sharp said that the tablet can run 2.5 times longer than tablets with conventional displays. Intended for education, the Lexibook tablet comes pre-loaded with School Zone apps, 200 e-books,  25 games and 52 discovery activities. Kids and parents can also download education apps and games from the Lexibook Market.
