Verizon Motorola DROID XYBOARD 8.2
Verizon and Motorola expand the DROID line, adding two tablet devices, the DROID XYBOARD 8.2 and the DROID XYBOARD 10.1. Both XYBOARD tablets has a similar as the RAZR and run Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system. They are lighter than a paperback book and thinner than an AAA battery. The DROID tablets support not only LTE 4G but also quad-band 3G WCDMA,/HSDPA, quad-band GSM/EDGE, CDMA-EVDO mobile networks, making them true global tablet.

Toshiba announced in the US its Thrive 7-inch Tablet, a compact and lightweight tablet running Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS. The 7-inch tablet is powered by dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor comes with 16GB or 32GB internal memory. The device measures just 0.47-inch thick and weighs only 0.88 pounds, allowing it to fit easily into a bag or jacket.
The Thrive 7-inch comes with a 7-inch 1280X800 touchscreen with the company’s exclusive Adaptive Display and Resolution+3 video enhancement technologies, and built-in stereo speakrs tuned with sound enhancement technologies

Toshiba announced at the IFA Berlin its AT200 ultra thin, ultra light Android tablet as the follow-up to the AT100 Thrive. The new 10.1-inch tablet is just 7.7mm from front to back and weighs just 558g. It is powered by TI OMAP 4430 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM and runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS. You can expect up to 64GB internal storage.
The Toshiba AT200 sports a 10.1-inch 1280×800 touchscreen, a 5 Megapixel main camera, a 2 Megapixel front camera, support for Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, GPS and a microSD card slot. It is equipped with built-in stereo speaker

Huawei is launching its new MediaPad tablet, which is the first 7-inch Android 3 Honeycomb tablet device. Powered by a dual-core Qualcomm 1.2GHz processor, the MediaPad runs Android 3.2 Honeycomb OS, which is the same as version 3.1 but optimized for 7-inch tablets. It comes with a IPS capacitive touchscreen with 217 pixel per inch.
The Huawei MediaPad sports a 5 Megapixel camera, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video chat, and 8GB internal storage. The device supports Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi 802.11b/g/n as well as HSPA+ 14.4Mbps connectivity. It supports Full HD 1080p video
