T-Mobile announced its upcoming Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G, a new Android smartphone running on T-Mobile’s HSPA+42 mobile network. The phone is powered by a dual-core Qualcomm SnapDragon S3 1.5GHz processor. It sports a Super AMOLED touchscreen. The Galaxy S Blaze 4G brings a new design to the Galaxy S line featuring round corners. At the 2012 International CES, Sony introduced the Xperia ion, its first LTE smartphone to be available in the US from AT&T in Q2 2012. Powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz MSM8260 processor, the new Xperia will be launching on Android 2.3 Gingerbread platform. Verizon has released the Motorola DROID 4, which is the thinnest 4G QWERTY smartphone. Introduced at the CES 2012, the DROID 4 is a 4G LTE mobile phone running Android 2.3.5 operating system.     Motorola announced the MOTOLUXE, a slim Android smartphone heading to Greater China, Europe and Latin America markets. T-Mobile announced it is going to release the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G mobile phone in late March. The price will be $149.99 after a $50 mail-in rebate with 2-year contract.
