This is why you need to be so careful about the whole ‘gimmick infringement’ thing. That black & blue attire and those snickers along with the hairline were the trademark look of someone else. Now M.I.C Gadget tried its best to ensure that it did not look like Jobs (or maybe they didn’t), but the ban still is on its way. They cannot make the ‘Pineapple CEO’ anymore and the Steve Jobs Action Figures (which they really are) need to put back in boxes for now.
Well, they did cover up the face, and tried to change that Apple logo a bit. But the little tinkering did

Talk about being on fire! iPhone 4 and Apple have been “on fire” with their hottest and most popular gadget selling out across the plant. Only yesterday did they also win the ‘Mobile Device of the Year 2011’ from Mobile World Congress 2011. But this is not the kind of fire that they would really want to see. Something literal and more threatening to their consumers and not competition! This brings back all those questions on iPhone safety standards.
Let us be honest right away and say that we are not confirming that this is either a genuine incident or another of those

There has been a recent resurgence in the rumor of the “iPhone Nano”. A mini version of the popular iPhone 4, which is apparently going to be cheaper and hence an attraction to those opting for the cheaper Android mobiles today, was talked about. But the latest reports seem to conclusively put that talk to rest. Apparently, the iPhone 5 is almost good to go and Apple are not planning on an iPhone Nano anytime soon.
Now, that seems more real to us than the previous rumors that indicated the opposite. The fact that the iPhone is almost done is pretty much in line with things.

The news coming in from the material supply end of the tablet market is probably more interesting and definitely more important than the final sales end. Sure, the iPad has enjoyed unparallel success in the tablet arena and Apple design and product marketing are an essential part of it. But also long-term planning from the company’s top men is also a very vital part of it. Now that Apple is holding such a large share in the tablet market, is it trying to hold on by creating a touch panel shortage for competition?
Other Tablet makers like Samsung, Motorola, Dell, HP, RIM, HTC

Well, we recently had a chance to glance over an Intel ad for its i5 Core processor. Intel’s processors have a cutting edge but this time the ad really stunned us not just because of the processor, but because of the machine displayed in the advertisement.
Many sources in the tech domain tell us that the ad knowingly or unknowingly reveals an upcoming Mac Book Pro laptop from Apple. Well, the picture in the advertisement doesn’t give any elaborate details regarding the features of the new MacBook Pro except that the rig comes with i5 Core processor from Intel.

Seems like the internet and tech titans are all headed to San Francisco this evening! It will be a big event indeed as President Obama will try and sell his State of the Union Message to the top men of the business world. While that would have generally seen tycoons from the more conventional business houses attend the event, this time it will see Google, Facebook and Apple presence as well. We are already sensing a big ‘picture event’ on the way…
Maybe we can soon fish out a wonderful snapshot of all three of them together. That should also be a big hit across the net

And we dearly hope that they are wrong. Apart from still wondering how two ‘so called experts’ who have no access to Steve Jobs’ medical records or his current treatment status can proclaim something of this sorts just by observing a few snapshots. Not to mention the fact that these guys have not even seen Jobs personally! At this rate it seems you can just email your latest pic to your doctor and he will send a prescription back with a minimum warranty on your life!
But it has been known that Steve has had a few rough times recently and while many at Apple who have seen

And I would like to thank my mom… Well, Okay. So someone tells that someone else could sue us for that. So, we will let guys from Apple make the official acceptance speech. Oh wait… They do not really care anyway, do they? For starters, they really do not bother to go to events like CES and MWC these days. The philosophy back at the Apple headquarters is that their own event is a big event anyway and they do not need platforms like these anymore to promote stuff.
But still Mobile World Congress did award the 2011 Mobile device of the Year to the Apple iPhone 4. This has

Apple has announced the long talked about subscription service and while we are very reluctant in passing judgments within hours of anything new (something most others seem to be already on), it does seem like Apple is not giving many of the publishers much of a choice. This is not to say that we do not like the service. In fact, from a personal standpoint (being a consumer) we have no qualms at all. But will this mean more publishers jumping ship to Android?
According to the new system, “any service offering an app with any sort of subscription component attached to it, must
