AT&T launches the new LG Escape budget-friendly 4G LTE smartphone. At an affordable pricing, the Escape packs a dual-core 1.2Ghz processor and runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. It features a 4.3-inch qHD IPS LCD touchscreen display and a 5 Megapixel auto focus camera with Full HD video recording. It includes LG’s QuickMemo feature that allows users to create and share personalized memos by writing messages or drawings on screen captures.

AT&T is going to release on 16 November the Samsung Galaxy Express, a mid-range 4G LTE smartphone for first-time smartphone users and people looking to upgrade their Android smartphone. The handset is exclusive to AT&T and supports AT&T’s 4G LTE mobile network so users can enjoy high-speed data connection. AT&T expands its LTE 4G range with the new Pantech Flex, the carrier’s first smartphone to provide the option to choose between the traditional Android operating mode and a more simplified version ideal for new smartphone users. AT&T is launching in coming months the new MiFi Liberate mobile hotspot with touchscreen display. Made by Novatel Wireless, the intelligent hotspot supports 4G LTE network and is able to share high-speed 4G connection to up to 10 WiFi-enabled devices. The Liberate has a 2.8-inch color touchscreen for easy operation and management.

AT&T announced three new LTE smartphones from HTC, including the mid-range HTC One VX. Featuring a design like the One X, the has a 9.19mm slim unibody form factor. It is powered by a Qualcomm SnapDragon S4 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM. Its high-speed 5 Megapixel camera is capable of Full HD video recording and continuous shooting at 4fps. It has 8GB internal storage.

AT&T will released on 22 January the Pantech Element, an affordable Android tablet running Android 3.2 Honeycomb. The Element is Pantech’s first LTE-connected Android tablet. It features a 8-inch XGA touchscreen and is waterproof with IP57 certification.
The Pantech Element is powered by a 1.5Ghz dual-core processor. It sports 5 Megapixel rear facing camera, a 2 Megapixel front camera, 16GB internal memory and microSD/SDHC card slot for expansion. Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity are included.

Other than the large HD screen Galaxy S II Skyrocket HD, AT&T will also release in 2012 the Samsung Exhilarate, the first 4G LTE smartphone built to meet many environmental and sustainability standards. According to Samsung, the phone is made from 80 percent recycled post-consumer materials. It also offers eco modes and tools such as an Eco calendar and calculator. It was certified as Platinum by UL Environment – their highest level of sustainability certification.

Targeted at value-oriented consumers, the phone will be available for just $49.99 with a two-year contrast. The slim Burst has a 4-inch Super AMOLED 800×480 touchscreen and 16GB internal memory.

AT&T launches its third 4G LTE smartphone, the LG Nitro HD which is the carrier’s first smartphone to has a true HD screen. The new Nitro HD comes with a 4.5-inch True HD AH-IPS (Advanced High-Performance In-Plane Switching) touchscreen with 1280×720 HD resolution (ie.329ppi) and 500 nit brightness.
