Sony expands its speaker dock line up with three new models, the premium RDP-X60iP, the portable RDP-M15iP and the ultra portable RDP-M5iP. These speaker docks works with both iPod and iPhone. All models come wth wireless remote control.
The RDP-X60iP offers clear audio reproduction and is equipped with bass boost circuitry to provide high-quality bass performance. It supports Bluetooth for audio streaming. The RDP-X60iP has an elegant piano black design and will be released in April for $199.

LG adds to is plasma line six new series, the INFINIA PZ950, INFINIA PZ750, PZ550, PW350, PV450 and PT350. All these plasma HDTVs feature LG’s 600Hz Sub-field Driving to ensure that all the action is delivered smoothly with virtually no motion blur. The PZ950, PZ750, PZ550 and PW350 also incorporate 3D capability, working with the use of active shutter glasses and an RF emitter built into the television; and include 2D-to-3D conversion.

LG introduces its new line of SUPER LED LED-backlight LCD monitors, including the 21.5-inch E2290V, 23-inch E2381VR, E2341V and IPS236V. All these monitors have 1920×1080 resolution and LED-backlight, and the IPS236V has IPS LCD panel for wider viewing angle of 178/178-degree (other models offer 170/160-degree).
These SUPER LED displays offer 250cd/m2 brightness. The E2290V and E2381VR have 10,000,000:1 contrast while the E2341V and IPS236V have 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio. Except the E2290V with 2ms, the other models provide 5ms response time. All monitors have D-sub, DVI-D

Remember the teasers of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc that had been spotted around the CES 2011 venue at Las Vegas last month? The immensely attractive, ergonomically alluring piece of smartphone had then been presented as a slim handset, laden with a single-core Qualcomm 1GHz Snapdragon processor and a 4.2-inch touchscreen that packs 854 x 480 resolution. The Android 2.3 Gingerbread device is now being readied for release in the UK over the Three network.

The LG Revolution is the Korean company’s first LTE 4G phone for Verizon Wireless. The Revolution has almost identical specs as HTC’s Thunderbolt, featuring 4.3-inch 480×800 touchscreen, a 1.3 Megapixel front camera, WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity, and GPS/aGPS support. As a LTE 4G phone, it supports download speeds of 5 to 12 Mbps and upload speeds of 2 to 5 Mbps in 4G Mobile Broadband coverage area.

Alongside the 2011 3D Plasma line, Panasonic also brings the new VIERA DT30 series Full HD 3D LED-backlit LCD HDTVs. Two models are available, the 37-inch TC-L37DT30 and the 32-inch TC-L32DT30. The both employ IPS Alpha LED panel for a wide viewing angle with almost no picture degradation. The DT30 also offers 240Hz with Motion Picture Pro 5 fast motion picture response to produce cross-talk free 3D images.

LG introduces a solar-powered Bluetooth headset, the HBM810. The headset itself has no solar panel for charging, instead it comes with a solar charging cradle for charging from sunlight or power outlet. The cradle can also be used as speakerphone.
The LG HBM810 features dual microphone for clear audio, noise reduction, echo cancellation, support for voice dialing, A2DP support for wireless music streaming and multipoint connection that allows simultaneous connection with two mobile phones. Sony introduces a new flash memory-based Full HD camcorder, the Handycam HDR-CX700Vw ith 96GB storage which is enough for storing up to 40 hours of HD LP video footage. The CX700 features 6.65 Megapixel back-illuminated Exmor R CMOS Sensor for capturing 1920×1080 Full HD 60p/24p video and 12 Megapixel still images. It includes CinemaTone technology to deepen the color and recreate film-like color tones.

Samsung BD-D6700
Samsung has brought two more 3D Blu-ray players to the CES 2011, the BD-D6700 and BD-D6500, both support 3D Blu-ray playback, 3D conversion and Full HD upconversion. They also include Ultra Fast Play, One Foot Connection, DLNA certification and integrated WiFi connectivity for access to online content.

Verizon and Samsung Mobile announced at the CES 2011 the Samsung 4G LTE Smartphone (model SCH-i520) supporting Verizon’s LTE 4G network. The new 4G Android phone features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen, a 8 Megapixel camera with LED flash and a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video chat. It is powered by a 1GHz processor and runs Android 2.2 OS with TouchWiz 3.0 UI.
