Sprint and Research in Motion announced the launch of the rare flip Smartphone BlackBerry Style 9670 and it is set to make its debut this Halloween. The chubby-looking flip phone comes with a full QWERTY keyboard and will be the first Sprint mobile to carry BlackBerry 6 inside. Sporting a style that seems a bit nostalgic than futuristic the Style 9670 has a 320 x 240 screen on the outside which turns into a 360 x 400 screen when flipped open.

Panasonic has announced that they will be unveiling a new cellphone, the so called Lumix phone, at the IT and electronics exhibition (CEATEC) scheduled for next week in Japan. The company may not sell many cellphones outside Japan, but considering how famous Panasonic’s Lumix camera range is around the world, a Lumix phone might actually do very well.
