Mozilla has just made Firefox 4 available and open for download. When Firefox 3 came out, it became the most downloaded software by setting numbers in the range of 8 million in just the first 24-hours after launch. Now we have the jump from the 3.6.15 version of the Firefox we are currently suing to Firefox 4 and the latest download that is obviously free, is expected to generate as much interest as Firefox 3, if not more.
Remember that Firefox is still the leading web OS and along with Chrome, one of the most trusted web browsers on the planet with 400 million active users.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 is now out and available for download and within a short time after launch it has attracted plenty of attention. Mostly the question doing rounds is if the latest version of Internet Explorer will restore some of the lost reputation of Microsoft thanks to the previous editions of IE. The biggest talking point, as it is always with E, is the security features and if it matches the likes of Firefox, Chrome and Opera in that regard.
From early reviews and usage of the IE9 the opinion coming in is that Microsoft has put plenty of work behind it and

There are many reasons why you might be looking to use old versions of popular free titles. You might be looking for a way to open an old file that modern software no longer supports, or alternatively you might even simply prefer the older version to the one that is made available now.
You might even be running an older operating system in a virtual machine and require a specific version of the application in question that will run suitably within your VM. Perhaps you’re using a netbook and want to limit the resources that the application uses. Either way, you can find

Reading eBooks is for Kindles and iPad’s right? Wrong.
Electronic books have been around almost as long as the web itself, and appear in a variety of formats, from PDF to proprietary executable formats that love to play havoc with your anti-virus software (and in reality can often include worms).
Many different eBook formats have been made available, far too many to list here. Most common in 2010 have been Kindle’s .AZW, eReader .PDB format developed by Palm, Adobe’s PDF format and several others offering a combination of image and DRM support.

It was almost an year back that we first managed to lay our hands on some of the images of the upcoming Mozilla Firefox 4.0. With the official release of the Beta 1.0 version of Firefox 4.0 now outed to the public, it can now be said that there is a close similarity between what we see now and an year back. It was basically about the chrome-inspired design and Mozilla has stayed true to that design with the new tabs shifted above the address bar.
However, it is not just the design changes that have been reflected in the first Beta release, Mozilla is offering a world of new
