Hitachi announced shipping of  the new Ultrastar SSD400S.B series solid state drive, which is the industry’s first to use 25-nanometer (nm) SLC (single-level cell) NAND flash. Hitachi announced in Japan two new Super Short Focus projectors, the CP-A300NJ and CP-AW250NJ that are the world’s lightest and smallest. Based on 3LCD display technology, these short-throw projectors can produce a 80-inch image in just 23cm distance from the screen. The CP-A300NJ features XGA 1024×768 resolution and 3,000 lumens brightness while the CP-AW250NJ offers WXGA 1280×800 and 2500 lumens.
