The new Nintendo DSI was launched in Japan in October, where it was called the DSI LL. Well, it will be available in the UK and Europe from the 5th of March onwards, and will be called the Nintendo DSI XL.
The Nintendo DSI XL boasts two 4.2 inch screens, which are 93% bigger than the screens on the current Nintendo DSI Lite, and of course it also comes with a larger stylus to accompany that screen space. The DSI XL also features a wider viewing angle, and comes pre-loaded with “Dictionary 6 in 1 with Camera Function” and “Dr Kawashima’s: Little Bit of Brain Training:

I guess I always assumed that musical instruments that needed electricity were plugged into an AC outlet. Apparently, there are lots of the items that get power from batteries of one sort or another. Sanyo has announced a new battery pack for musicians.
The pack is called the Sanyo eneloop music booster and the device is a rechargeable DC 9V battery unit for music devices. Inside the case is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery with 7.35Ah of power. The device has two outlets for two musical devices at once.

Apple [AAPL] has today hit another massive milestone with its hugely popular App Store, as they have just announced that the App Store now has had over three billion applications downloaded.
The news comes just three month after Apple announced that the App Store had reached two billion application downloads, which shows that the App Store is obviously becoming more popular.

Apple’s App Store never ceases to amaze us, and in less than 18 months, the App Store has managed to chalk up 3 billion downloads! Folks living in China have reason to look forward to a new Windows Mobile 6.5 device in the form of the Philips D908. China Unicom might have had a little trouble getting the iPhone off the shelves at the beginning, but signs are starting to appear that sales are picking up. Following the recent announcement by the carrier that it had hit the 100,000 mark, the latest update (which comes less than a month after the 100k announcement) boasts that it has managed to breach the 300k mark, which is certainly a nice landmark, and a good indication that sales of the iPhone are picking up nicely for China Unicom.

Sapphire has begun selling their latest graphics card ‘Radeon HD 4860′ in the US. Acer debuts another collaboration with Ferrari in the US by launching the new exclusive Ferrari One notebook PC (model FO200-1799).
