RAmos launches in China, the T10RK media player, an upgrade to the T10. The T10RK packs Rockchip’s RK2806 chipset for “real” HD decoding of H.264 abd MKV video format. RAmos’s new PMP has a 4.3-inch 800×480 LCD display and 8GB internal memory.

Other than H.264 and MKV, the T10RK can also handle MPG, RM/RMVB, AVI, FLV, VOB video files as well as most audio and image files. It has a USB OTG/HOST port for expansion.

Active Media has announced a new series of Predator X7 SSDs. Available in 32GB, 64GB, 128GB and 256GB capacities, these 2.5-inch pocket-sized SSDs are based on MLC NAND flash memory chips and provide read and write speeds of up to 230MB/s and 180MB/s, respectively.
