Samsung is adding to the GALAXY line the new mid-range GALAXY S Advance smartphone. The new phone, as its name tells, is an advanced version of the GALAXY S. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor with 768MB of RAM. It will be shipped with Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. The Advanced GALAXY S has a curved glass design that enhances handling of the phone and fits the user’s facial form easily and naturally. Boosted by a 1GHz Samsung Hummingbird processor, the phone is running Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with Swype quick input technology. It comes with a 3.5-inch touchscreen, a 3 Megapixel camera, Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n connectivity. In addition to 2GB internal storage, the Illusion supports microSD/SDHC up to 32GB.
