Archos 43 Android tablet now shipping for $249.99

Archos has started shipping their 4.3 inch tablet/PMP, the Archos 43. It has been showing as available for pre-order on Amazon for the past two weeks. Now, the Android 2.2 tablet has started shipping. The 4.3 inch tablet device has a 854×480 pixel capacitive touchscreen and packs a lot of features under the hood. It is powered by an ARM Cortex A8 1GHz processor with DSP and graphics support for OpenGL 3D ES 2.0. It is capable of outputting video at 720p through its onboard HDMI port which can be connected to an HDTV. Its 2MP rear-facing camera can also record HD video at 720

Lenovo has entered the 3D world with their new IdeaPad Y560d 3D notebook, which has now gone on sale through the company’s online store.
