When the iPhone OS was updated to 3.0, this brought along push notification support and it became a standard feature for most iPhone apps – however, the probably most popular one lacked this option for a while. Logic Bolt Projector Phone gets updated

The Bolt projector phone by Logic Wireless was introduced last year at CES and now the company has released an updated version, powered by the Symbian operating system. It slimmed down a bit from the original and will throw a VGA image up to 64″ wide. Aside from that, you’ll get two cameras: One in front and one in back and two sim card slots. No 3G here, which is unfortunate. A touchscreen display rounds off the features. Look for the updated Logic Bolt to retail for about $500 unlocked. Hopefully we will see it at CES

Apple MacBook updated with new unibody

Apple aims to impress the masses (which isn’t a very hard thing to do with a company of its pedigree) by introducing a new unibody MacBook that does resemble the glossy model of the 13″ MacBook Pro of yore, retailing for $999 still. At that familiar price point, you will get a new plastic chassis, an LED backlit display, the new glass multitouch trackpad and a battery that supposedly lasts for up to 7 hours. We’d take that figure with a pinch of salt as real world conditions are normally very different from that of a
