Apple’s second generation iPad is starting to roll out to 25 markets across the globe and the company has revealed the prices for its latest tablet device in these markets. Well, it seems that folks in Australia and Newland will have the luck to pick an iPad2 for the cheapest prices available all over the globe.

You all know by now that the HTC EVO View 4G was officiallyannounced by Sprint a while ago. No, we are not elaborating on that piece of technology, but a different one here – the HTC Flyer. The tablet has hopped on to Best Buy, with the retailer announcing that a WiFi-only version of the HTC Flyer will be brought to US customers’ midst not later than Spring.
Though it has not been clearly spelt out by Best Buy as to what version of Android OS will run the device, we guess we should be waiting for an Android 3.0 tablet specific OS.

HP has unveiled its own iPad killer and its first webOS based tablet, the HP TouchPad. The new tablet, which comes with a lot of impressive specifications, features a new version of the company’s webOS software, webOS 3.0.
The tablet comes equipped with a 9.7 inch capacitive multitouch display with a resolution of 1024 x 768, and boasts a dual core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor along with 512MB of RAM.
The device also features a 1.3 megapixel camera on the front aimed at video calls, a virtual keyboard, support for Adobe Flash 10.1 and a wide range of music and video

HTC has announced that its Gratia handset will be on sale in the UK starting next month. The new device, which is an entry-level Android smartphone, will be available contract free since no operators in the UK have signed up as yet.
Earlier, the company had said that the budget Android device will be available from November 2010 onwards. But, although a bit late, the company is all set to release the new phone.

AOC has been growing their name and popularity in the arena of computer monitors for quite a while now. Verizon’s Chief Financial Officer Francis Shammo, in an interview, has said that the carrier will be introducing an iPad version that will be equipped with an inbuilt chip that will help in connecting the device to Verizon’s data network.

This is something that calls for some kind of excitement. We guess you remember Sprint passing their Novatel MiFi 4082 through the FCC gates some tie ago. Nothing much had been revealed since then, though we were all waiting to know more on the new innovation.

You might already know that Sharp had launched its Galapagos media tablets in Japan recently. The company had also launched its Galapagos content service there. Now it appears that the company has plans for expanding to other markets around the world as well.
At first Sharp will be launching the service and its devices on the US eReader market in the coming year. The company is looking to secure book publishers and content providers, and content will be provided in the EPUB file format (in Japan it is XMDF).
