Thursday is here, and the Verizon iPhone 4 is ready for roll out. So, do we get to see long lines in front of Verizon Wireless stores right from the morning. Though such huge lines as we saw when AT&T debuted the same device last year are not expected this time around in front of Verizon outlets, we can’t still say there won’t people waiting to pick their iPhone 4 devices.
Interesting indeed has been the days early morning edition of the Orlando Sentinel‘s display of a picture (posted alongside) relating to this. The paper has carried a picture of a lone woman who arrived much early before day break and made herself comfortable in a char right in front of the carrier’s outlet for it to open.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, the lady – Marcia Caldwell – was found waiting outside the Verizon Wireless store in Winter Garden shortly after 4 pm on Wednesday. That in fact is around 15 hours before the Verizon’s new iPhone 4 was to roll out of the carrier outlet!
Anticipating customer turnout in large numbers, Apple and Verizon Wireless are said to have readied much arrangements to ensure hassle free lines.
Are you among those who have found your place in those lines? Tell us more about the experience.
