Verizon has released a software update for the Samsung Continuum handset. As you might know, the handset launched with Android 2.1 and there have been rumors that the device will be getting Android 2.2. But unfortunately, the current update is not Froyo.
The present update to the Continuum handset, which comes equipped with the 3.4 inch Super AMOLED display along with the secondary 1.8 inch Ticker Display, is bringing enhancements, improvements and bug fixes.
The update, which will bring the software up to i400.DL17, solves some issues, improves Visual Voice Mail functionality, as well as voice dialing response time when connected to a Bluetooth headset or car kit.
You will also be getting V Cast Apps with the update. Here is the full list of bug fixes that are coming.
