There are plenty of white iPhone 4 rumors going around, but it seems like we are getting to the end of all those. The white version of the iPhone 4 has already been confirmed by Steve Wozniak, Apple co-founder, as he already talked about it being close to shipping. It seems that it will not be too long now before we actually see these hit the stores.
The latest bit of news confirming this is the snapshots of a white iPhone 4 that have come in from China. Seems like a Spring 2011 release may be something that is realistically possible. But along with the white iPhone snapshot came another interesting picture. The image of a 64GB iPhone 4 has come in from Hong Kong. You can see the ‘XXGB’ branding on the back and obviously this was a prototype that just did not work out.
Maybe Apple realized that the costs of such a model just did not make sense and hence dropped it. But with the talk of a iPhone 5 getting closer, maybe Apple have reconsidered. It may not be likely, but we can never rule out the possibility. While all this seems like pretty good news for those waiting for the white iPhone 5, what happens to it when the iPhone 5 is out hot on its heels?
